From the 18th to 27th october come to Roses to taste the "Suquet" de peix!

The restaurants adhered to the "Suquet de Peix de Roses" campaign present several ways to cook this delicious dish of fishermen. Traditionally the fishermen of Roses cooked "Suquet de Peix". A simple dish such as boiling freshly baked fish with potatoes has undergone a significant evolution and, over time, this recipe has been enriched by the incorporation of typically Mediterranean products.
